The world’s biggest hole is located in Russia.
The giant hole is actually a diamond mine in Eastern Siberia near the town Mirna. It is 525 meters deep and 1.25 km in the diameter.
Mirna's location - upper city on the map and at the right corner you can see the overview map of Russia.

The following truck loader is one of the biggest in the world - length 13.36 meters, width 7.78 meters and height 6.65 meters.

This giant truck, BELAZ (200-220 ton payload ) looks like small spot on next picture . . .( see small red arrow ).

The air zone within this mine is closed for helicopters - a few accidents occurred when they were "sucked in" by downward air flow...so all flight above the hole is prohibited now.
